NEW YEAR, NEW ME & NEW SMOOTHIES: FEATURING EXCLUSIVE ALPHA FOODIE SMOOTHIE BOWL RECIPES
Welcome to 2019! We are super excited for what this year has in store. What better way to prepare than with a January detox? We have been searching for some delicious healthy recipes that can make detoxing a little more fun.

SWEET + HEALTHY = HAPPY
Smoothie bowls definitely aren’t getting left behind in 2018. If anything, smoothie bowl recipes are getting even more creative and even more tasty. Smoothie bowls retain fiber from fruits and vegetables, helping you to feel fuller for longer. A smoothie is a great way to begin your day, as a healthy brunch or even as a guilt-free snack. Packed full of goodness but tasting really naughty, we can’t get enough this January!
